FUTURE PLANS

• Setting up of a Crusher and Screening plant for Iron Ore which will be a 100% E.O.U. which in turn will increase the grade of the Ore thereby giving a value added product for value addition.
• Mining Activity of Iron Ore in Karnataka (applied for the license) and in Orissa (negotiating for takeover of existing Mine).
• Exploring opportunities for export of Bauxite and Aluminous Laterite to Gulf Countries.
• Setting up a chain of Petroleum Outlets in Karnataka, Maharashtra and Goa. Out of this, the First Reliance Outlet at Koppal in Karnataka has already commenced business. Also land has been acquired at Molem, Goa for setting up the next one and other formalities are in progress.
• Beneficiation plant for upgradation of Iron Ore.
• We are planning to put up a mechanical ore handling plant of 2 loading machines with conveyor belt which will load 4,000 tons each per hour, one at Vishakapatnam Port and another at NMPT, Mangalore. This handling plant will reduce the vessel loading time drastically, save demurrage which will help fast clearance of vessels. This will also result in dispatch money and reduce congestion at Ports tremendously.
• Shipments from Belekeri and Mangalore Ports. We are negotiating for takeover of a Sugar mill and Import Raw Sugar for processing.
